How GreetingKards works đź’ś

It’s basically: pick a card, let people sign it, and we deliver it automatically. Here’s the full (super simple) flow:

Browse & pick your favourite

Head to Our Cards (the gallery), explore designs, and choose the one you want to send.

Pro tip: pick something that matches the vibe (funny, sweet, classy…).

Add it to your cart

Found “the one”? Add it to your cart. You can add multiple cards too, if you’re on a mission.

Your cart badge updates instantly.

Apply vouchers (if you have one)

Go to your cart and enter a voucher code (if applicable). If your total becomes ÂŁ0.00, checkout is even faster.

Vouchers reduce the total at checkout.

Checkout (guest or profile)

Checkout as a guest (we’ll need your email so you can manage the card), or register for a profile.

Guest checkout is perfect for quick one-offs.

Activate & set the details

Once your order is confirmed, activate the card and set the recipient name, sender name, recipient email, and when the card should be sent out.

You can also manage it via the link in your confirmation email.

Share “Sign Now” with anyone

Click the Sign Now link to open the card and leave your message. Share the same link with colleagues/friends so they can add theirs too.

No login required to sign a card.

Add messages & GIFs (as many as you like)

Use the arrows to flip through pages. Tap the text icon to add a message, or the GIF icon to search and add a GIF. Hit the âś… check mark to save. Made a mistake? Tap your saved text/GIF to delete or correct it.

Saving happens when you hit the check mark — quick and easy.

Close the tab — we’ll deliver it

Once you’ve left your message and saved it, you can simply close the browser. The card will be sent automatically to the recipient email at the scheduled time.

You’re done. GreetingKards does the rest.
